• Only credit card payments are accepted. We do not accept wire transfers, checks, money orders or cash sent through the mail, as we cannot take responsibility in case of an accident.
• Admission and annual membership fees are non-refundable.
• Mon-amour membership is valid for one year starting from the month you join through the end of the 12th month therefrom. Your membership expiration date will appear on your membership account page
• Mid-term membership upgrades/downgrades are not available
• Membership IDs are not to be shared with any other person(s).
• You must use your real name (officially registered name) when registering.
  We do not accept new registrations for those members who still have a valid membership account. If this occurs, please note that we will have to delete your new membership and there is no way that we will be able to return your membership fee.
• Membership applicants shall use their legal names for registration.
• Membership registration is not possible by any other email address than the one owned by the applicant.
• In case of an unauthorized or wrongful registration, the membership will be terminated immediately.
• This service and all the content offered through it, including, but not limited to, information, designs, layouts, logos, audio clips, video clips, other music and video files and other intellectual property rights are owned exclusively by Midi:Nette or other parties that have licensed their material to Midi:Nette. All persons accessing this website agree to make use of its content in a manner that does not infringe such rights.

• Platinum Members: Please note that it may take as long as two to three months from the day of registration for the first delivery to be completed. With your first delivery you will receive a special 6-ring binder to file Madousho newsletters/booklets. Occasionally, one or two Madousho edition(s) may be enclosed with the binder. Depending on the issue, English translations of Madousho may appear on the members-only exclusive area at this website before or after the issue is delivered to you. In some cases, it may take a few weeks for the translation to appear online following the issue's delivery. We ask for your kind patience in these matters.
• Depending on the time of application, priority reservation for concert tickets may not be available. Priority reservation generally refers to the chance Mon+amour offers its members to buy tickets before they go on sale to the general public, and does not necessarily refer to a promise of superior seats. In addition, depending on the concert venue, available seats may be limited and tickets may not be available. In these cases, any available tickets will be made available to Mon-amour members on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Credit card authorization may take up to a few days sometimes. In case you are submitting your online membership application at the end of the month, please note that your registration may be completed the following month.
  For instance, if you submit your platinum membership application on September 30,2005, your regitration may be completed on the same date, in which case, you will start receiving Madousho booklets from the October edition (to be sent in late October), and your membership will be valid from September 2005 through August 31, 2006.
  On the other hand, even if you submit your platinum membership application on the same day (September 30, 2005), your regitration may be completed in early October due to the credit card authorization process. In this case, you will start receiving Madousho from the November edition (to be sent in late November), and your membership will be valid from October 2005 through September 30, 2006.
  All credit card billings will appear under the name of our company, Midi:Nette Co. LTD.
